• Have you ever been called fat and ugly???

• Have you ever felt that you will not have a boyfriend or husband and you will end up being a spinster all the way to your foolish life???

• Have you ever cry and wonder how am I going to go on with this life with these looks???

The answers: I have..I have..I have and I have...

It sad how people judge you that way and its really devastating. Long time ago i have been in a low self esteem where by i look down myself and no confidence at all. I did not go out hanging out with my friends because i have nothing to wear that fit me. Every time they ask me out my answer will be "I'm busy, family matters".

But sometimes truth hurts, right??? and that time i said to myself.

"syikin, you are not alone in this world, you can do it..you are beautiful and no words can bring you down"

I don't want end up looking like this and spent my day with this body. Everybody in this world wants to fell and be beautiful.. sometimes you need to sacrifice in terms of money or time to be beautiful. What you need to do is take care of yourself and most important your health..Obesity is the number 1 "disease" that need to look out for..

Every one wants to be and look like her, all you need to have discipline and support. Believe in yourself that you can do this and not to over do yourself..

Every creation that god has given to us has the value itself, but like wise man said,

"manusia tak pernah rasa puas dengan apa yg mereka ada tapi jgn lupa pada DIA yg telah mencipta"

To me its OK if you want to be beautiful, its just don't overdo yourself and always thank to God for HIS creation. For what I have right now for the full body figure that I have I'm so grateful to God for giving me a beautiful and sexy body ever...sometimes they called round is foxy..

Feel proud for what you have and remember that everyone is beautiful no matter how they are.The most important the internal spirit need to be beautiful and goes hand in hand with the external too...

Extra and Extra and More Extra

The other day i went to a blood donation center and it was surprisingly, i lose some weight..this might sound crazy u will laugh because I am extra with extra and extra baggage and fat..huahuahuahua

but its OK, because i lose 8 kg the other day.. from 77 kg to 69 kg..to you it might sound little but to me its a lot. for the past few months ago i have been sweating like crazy to maintain my weight to this level. i felt satisfied and happy because i had come to this level of the 60's and no more 70's for me anymore.

So i went to see a Slimming counselor, you know like that body France center and so on..just for fun to get their view on my body and my weight. so they told me that my body weight ideal is 53. so i have another 16 kg extra baggage that need to throw out the window...Do you want to know what they told me???

"miss nurul, went we analyze your body you are actually not fat. you have your body shape and your height. with a exercise and proper diet you will reached your 50's, but its all depends on you because you are the one who decide..its your body, you need discipline"

I took up as a challenge to me and soon it will be mine...(the evil laugh)

It's been a week now since i don't exercise anymore.busy..busy and busy with my exam and everything but soon this will come to reality..

long time now......

its been a while since i don't blog anymore, but someone says to me:

"KIN BILA NAK UPDATE BLOG" and so i reply "MALASLAH" and he reply kalu da malas nak buat mcmne kan????

and so i took the incentive to update it even though nothing new happened in my life.. here goes my stories

For the past six months i have been searching for what i want in life.. still searching until now because i don't know what i want.. sometimes life suck, it doesn't always on your side. I'm not that girl who is very lucky in love though..its very devastating..how sad. but life goes on right???? and so i did. its hard to actually find yourself in a position where you love someone but at the end of the day you end up breaking up and cry yourself until you fall asleep.. its happened to me...but its OK i have my friends and my family that loves me for who i am..that the most important part accept me for who i am..
